Once you have received your package filled with awesome goodies, inspect them to make sure you received the right items, there are no defects, and to make sure you aren’t missing anything! If any of these things happen, please email us within 5 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will fix it for you! If you purchased Route Packaging Protection, please mention it in the email as well!
- All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered, no stains or smells)
- Accessories, clearance and personalized items are FINAL sale. These items cannot be returned.
If you decide you do not want to keep your item, here is the policy for sending it back:
- We only issue refunds on a case by case scenario! You will receive store credit for the cost that you purchased the item. We will issue a refund if we have or the item is defective.You will be refunded by the method you bought the item ( credit card will go back on credit card).
- Return the item via shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that will provide updated tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for the return being lost or damaged while in transit. Please email email@example.com for any returns.
We do exchanges but we can’t guarantee that the item and size that you need will be in stock. Please reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
